Requirement Analysis
Our Business Consultants conduct Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions with our clients and determine their business objectives and marketing strategies. With this information, we set our project goals and determine the priority levels of specific project components.

Technical Architecture
Our Technical Architects advise our clients regarding the various architectural approaches and technology solutions available to them for implementing their project.
Our Project Development Team then drafts a plan for the project which includes cost and time estimates based on the chosen architecture and technology. This team is comprised of Programmers, Graphic designers and Project managers.

Prototyping

Before developing the backend applications, we test the functionality and the usability requirements of the project via a working prototype of the application. This validates the integrity of the Architecture, Functional Design and User Interface. At this stage, the clients can verify that the site works the way  they desire.

Testing & Quality Assurance
We smooth out the development processes by conducting rigorous user tests and employing stringent quality assurance measures. From basic contact forms to testing heavy process loads on the servers, we ensure that the site is ready for the world to see.

Installation & Training
Once the system is installed on the production servers, comprehensive training is extended to the client's IT/ MIS personnel. This ensures that the employees know how to administer and maintain the system, and also understand the underlying technology and development tools.

The end-users are thus trained to use the application effectively. We also conduct effective follow-up action in terms of close monitoring of the system and applications, ensuring an immediate response to issues if any.

Maintenance & Reviews
Changes are a constant incorporation within any active application or system. We offer “Scheduled Maintenance Agreements” to provide continuous upgrades in service and  system maintenance.

Our System Maintenance continuously plans for and implements new functionality and features to their application. We provide quarterly review sessions where we: “Compare the original goals with the overall response, address any problem spots and plan for upcoming phases".
